First Things First; Politicians Have Broken Community & Common Sense
From our local Elk Grove City Council to our National Leaders who lack, those elected to lead or essentially just hacks. It's time we remove some of the most inept and ill educated elected to keep out kids, our jobs and any sense of a future protected.
From Gary Davis in Elk Grove deciding that the key to success is to just copy everything Sacramento puts in their plan instead of being anything resembling originality to Jim Cooper in the California Assembly who shits on Elk Grove small business because he decides to be the Token Black Man chosen to cosign onto a bill to remove Confederate history from California because somehow the Confederate Flag is a symbol of slavery (I'll assume he just doesn't know about the Japanese Internment Camps, the Democratic Party & its history of Racism towards Blacks and the countless other instances where the US Flag would symbolize hate, division & racism)
From Governor Brown signing a bill into law forcing equality in pay for woman yet also believing that somehow removing any chance men can defend themselves in that bill somehow resembles equality to Presidential Candidate Ted Cruz believing that because CNN says he is eligible to run, that the actual constitutional perimeters that follow the father (therefore he is Cuban), make him ineligible to run take second seat, this besides the fact he chooses to promote ignoring the Supreme Court's Same Sex Marriage decision that would make him void of ethics he vowed to support when he obtained his law degree.
It's time for people to stop talking about politics and instead start holding the erosion back and from growing.
But then again, talk is cheap and easy isn't it?

First Things First: The Real Estate Industry Is Broken
The Real Estate Industry essentially is both broken and broke. It's broken in terms of education, accountability and innovation and it's broke in Integrity & being Transparent.
Yes, in the beginning it will appear I am laying out all of the Industries dirty laundry and that will be true. In order to save the good in the industry, I have found I need to break down what is the bad. And that will be only the beginning.
BUT, don't think I didn't try to do this the right way or that I didn't warn this was coming. Maybe it was the day Dave Tanner from the Sacramento Association of REALTORS asked me into his office to tell me my exposing local members acts in the real estate process were not a reflection of a REALTOR was ruining the consumers perception of REALTORS. Maybe it was the childish and inept behavior of "professionals" who liked to talk alot without a shred of intelligence in their words that led to the acquisition of Move by an outside media group. Maybe it was NAR's lack of presence from the REO & Short Sale Markets or maybe it was a combination of all of them and much more.
Like I said, the beginning of this will not be comfortable.
But fight back with facts not feelings because this fight isn't one I plan to lose.

Laying Out My Why(s)
I am sure if you know me, you've heard the stories. I hope so. I hope they are juicy, inaccurate and sometimes in writing. Why? Because I've decided to start the beginning of something much larger by setting some examples about SEO. See Everything Online, Search Engine Optimization, See Everyone Online...that set of three letters has many meanings, much like everything in life.
And YES, for many people the beginning of this project is going to be uncomfortable as they realize their words have power, both positive and negative. BUT they are also going to realize MY words have much more power because I am someone who stands by what I Say, Promise, Write & Do. I also value my name and reputation or at least the one I had earned. And in defending what I have lost by others actions, some people are going to lose some things that that they value. I plan to change some courses of some misguided equations that irresponsible and uneducated people believe they got away with damaging.
This is my advice to those who consistently ask themselves "Why does everything happen to me?": Stop being the never ending story of victims. Start owning the shit that you create, Stop being a Sunday Saint & a Saturday Sinner, Start realizing the world doesn't revolve around you & Stop believing your better than anyone because someone told you so.
Start discovering what Personal Integrity is. Start realizing that the things you say about people in private that are not true can eventually become public and you will be defined by your actions. Start realizing that you were not placed here on earth to be the source of everyone's personal hell around you. Start realizing that the longer it takes you to accept accountability for your actions, the deeper the damage that will come out of what you put into place.
To sum it up, every action, decision, every day, week, minute is its own equation. Your participation or lack of participation has a direct affect on the outcome. But the equation goes on regardless of your equation. So instead of looking at others as the source of your accountability, ask yourself "What Was My Participation In The Equation?.
